Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment.

Monitor machine performance and identify potential failures.

Ensure timely completion of predictive maintenance activities.

Breakdown Maintenance: Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment within targeted downtime.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with production teams to minimize production losses

Improve machine reliability and availability through continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).

Ensure compliance with EHS standards and safety regulations

Monitor critical spare inventory levels.





Follow LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) procedures during maintenance activities.

Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.

Optimize spare consumption and maintenance costs.

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics; Bachelors of Technology
