Role Overview:

We are hiring an E-commerce Ads Executive to manage end-to-end ads on Flipkart (India), Nykaa (India), and Noon (UAE). This role requires strong execution skills, platform understanding, and a performance-first mindset to drive visibility, sales, and ROI across both domestic and international marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
Flipkart Ads Management: Manage and optimize paid campaigns through Flipkart's My Ads panel. Responsibilities include keyword targeting, CPC bidding, and daily performance tracking to lower ACOS and improve conversions.
Nykaa Ads Management: Handle Sponsored Product Ads and banner placements on Nykaa Seller Central. Plan and execute campaigns tailored to beauty, wellness, and lifestyle shoppers with a focus on high ROAS and visibility.
Noon UAE Ads Management: Run sponsored listings and ad campaigns on Noon UAE's seller platform. Handle bid strategies, seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, White Friday, etc.), and tailor ads to the UAE customer base for maximum impact.
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Monitor campaign health daily across platforms. Adjust bids, refine targeting, and rotate creatives to improve CTR and ROAS consistently. Maintain and optimize campaigns regularly to get higher ROI across all marketplaces. 4.



Coordination & Creative Briefing: Work with the design team to develop high-performing banners and creative ads. Ensure each asset adheres to marketplace guidelines and effectively highlights the product's value.
Performance Reporting: Maintain weekly and monthly campaign dashboards. Analyze performance data and share actionable insights with internal teams for better planning and decision-making.
