Role Description The E-commerce role at Barraid is a full time, in office position based in Dehradun. The team member will manage day-to-day online store operations, including listing and updating products, monitoring inventory, and ensuring accurate product information and pricing.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating order processing and shipment, and working with sales and marketing to improve conversion rates and customer retention. The role also involves analyzing website performance, tracking key metrics, and recommending improvements to user experience and online sales strategies.



Collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize promotions, product categories, and customer communication will be a regular part of the job.

Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including online store management and familiarity with product listing and order workflows.
Sales and Customer Service skills to support customer interactions, drive conversions, and build long-term customer relationships.
Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions for improving online sales.
Effective Communication skills for clear written and verbal interactions with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, social media, promotions) is preferred.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and e-commerce platforms or CMS tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced retail workplace.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
