The role is responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime, implementing preventive maintenance plans, maintaining safety standards, and supporting production continuity through timely technical intervention.
Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 years experience
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, MCC, PCC, AC /DC Drives, PLCs, HMI, EOT Cranes, Motors, and automation equipment. Power system.CBM,PM,PLC Communication & computer architecture,SCADA,HMI
• Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults.
• Familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Understanding of industrial safety standards and electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience in energy management and load distribution.
• Leadership and team management skills to guide shift electricians and Shift incharge.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability during breakdowns.
• Effective communication and coordination with production and maintenance teams.
Ability to solve problem by finding appropriate CAPA & root cause.
