Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate civil projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and engineers, to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in managing civil projects, preferably in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
