Design Support
Review customer CAD data and manufacturing feasibility.
Collaborate with mold design engineers to improve manufacturability.
Prepare machining process sheets, setup sheets, and tooling requirements.
Continuous Improvement
Improve machining efficiency, tool life, and productivity.
Implement best practices in CAM programming and 5-axis machining.
Support cost reduction and process optimization initiatives.
