KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — PLATFORM WISE Platform Responsibilities GeM (Government e-Marketplace) • Create, update, and manage product/service catalogue listings on GeM.
Search, shortlist, and track relevant tenders and bid prospects daily.
Prepare and submit tender documentation, pricing, and compliance paperwork within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal team for tender-specific quotations, product specifications, and OEM authorizations.
Track order status, payments, and delivery timelines for GeM orders.
Stay updated on GeM policy changes, categories, and eligibility norms. IndiaMART • Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
Respond promptly to buy leads and inquiries generated on the platform.




Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain lead records and update CRM/tracking sheets regularly.
Manage catalogue ranking, keywords, and paid campaign inputs as needed. JustDial • Maintain and update business listing, categories, and photos.
Handle incoming calls/leads and respond to customer queries.
Follow up on leads for conversion and maintain a healthy response rate.
Monitor reviews/ratings and coordinate resolution of customer concerns.
