Role Overview The Ecommerce / Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence across marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa and any such platform added. The role requires a solid understanding of catalogue management, marketplace promotions, analytics, and operational coordination.

Marketplace Management
Manage brand presence across marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Nykaa
Ensure listings, pricing, and product information are updated
Maintain brand store and product pages
Catalogue Management

Product listing and uploads
Image and content optimization for SEO
Attribute mapping and category compliance
Inventory updates and stock monitoring
Sales & Performance Optimization
Track daily sales,



traffic, and conversion rates
Identify best-selling products and underperforming SKUs
Plan growth strategies for marketplace sales
Promotions & Campaigns
Manage deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
Participate in sale events (End of Reason Sale, Big Billion Days etc.)
Optimize ad campaigns inside marketplaces
Inventory & Order Management
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
Monitor order fulfillment and returns
Reduce cancellations and stock-outs
Reconciliation & Finance
Marketplace payment reconciliation
Track commissions, penalties, and returns
Ensure accurate settlement reporting
Data & Reporting
Weekly and monthly performance reports
Marketplace analytics and insights
Competitor benchmarking

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
