Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for KLRs products and business divisions.
Plan and execute digital campaigns across various online platforms to generate brand visibility and customer engagement.
Manage and monitor the company’s social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
Coordinate and organize participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and business events.
Act as a bridge between the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives and sales targets.
Work closely with regional sales teams to create product promotions, customer engagement campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
Manage website content updates and improve digital presence through SEO and other marketing initiatives.
Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional materials for products and events.
Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and submit periodic reports to management.
Identify recent digital marketing opportunities to enhance market reach and brand positioning.
Coordinate with external agencies, media partners,



and event organizers whenever required.

Desired Skills
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
Experience in social media management and brand communication.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Event management and exhibition planning experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Brand Management.
Experience in industrial products, manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, or B2B marketing will be preferred.
