Role Description This is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. In this role, the trainer delivers digital marketing training sessions, workshops, and practical exercises for learners at different skill levels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing lesson plans using the training materials and curricula, demonstrating digital marketing tools and platforms, and guiding students in areas such as social media marketing, AI tools, content strategy, and campaign planning. The trainer evaluates learner progress, provides constructive feedback, and updates training content to reflect current industry trends and best practices. Collaboration with internal teams to align training programs with client needs and organizational goals is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent presentation abilities and effective interpersonal communication.




Candidates should possess Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with practical experience in planning and executing online campaigns.
Candidates should possess Training skills, including curriculum development, facilitation, and learner assessment.
Candidates should possess Sales awareness or experience, with the ability to explain how digital marketing supports lead generation and revenue growth.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, prior experience as a trainer or educator, and knowledge of current digital marketing trends.
A relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work in office in Coimbatore and manage multiple training engagements.
