Any programming language - either C or C
Comm protocols - I2C, SPI, CAN, UART (At least any one protocol exposure also fine) Testing skills - Unit testing/integration testing (white box testing).
SDLC /STLC Exposure (either SDLC or STLC hands on)
Embedded device Hardware debugging, embedded testing hands on.
Candidate must have worked on embedded hardware device testing. (Software testing alone is not preferred)
Either Medical or Aeronautics or Automotive domain.
