Job Purpose The Field Collection Executive is responsible for managing on-ground collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers, maintaining customer relationships, and minimizing default risks while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities 1. Collection & Recovery   Visit customers (dealers / partners / end-users) for payment collection  Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments and EMIs  Follow up on delinquent accounts and resolve payment issues  Achieve monthly collection targets and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) 2.

Operations   Plan daily routes and visits efficiently to maximize productivity  Maintain accurate records of customer visits and collection status  Update collection data in CRM/ERP systems in real-time or end-of-day 3.

Customer Relationship





Management   Build and maintain robust relationships with customers  Address customer queries related to billing, payments, or disputes  Educate customers on payment schedules and policies 4. Risk & Compliance   Identify high-risk accounts and escalate to management  Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical collection practices  Maintain proper documentation and receipts for all collections 5. Coordination   Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams  Coordinate for dispute resolution and account reconciliation  Provide regular feedback from the field to improve processes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)   Collection efficiency (%)  Reduction in overdue accounts  Number of successful field visits  Recovery from delinquent customers  Data accuracy and reporting timeliness
