Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment of blue collar/workforce employees for jewellery manufacturing operations.
Source candidates through job portals, local vendors, employee referrals, consultants, and field hiring drives.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Handle joining formalities, employee onboarding, and induction.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation, personnel files, and joining records.
Coordinate with production departments to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports.
Ensure timely completion of background verification and document collection.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth employee onboarding.
Support HR operations related to workforce management as required.

Preferred candidate profile
Must be based in Jaipur or willing to work from Jaipur.
Prior experience in jewellery manufacturing companies will be given preference.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
