Employment Type: Full time About Greenvironment Greenvironment is an IIT Madras Research Park-incubated ClimateTech company leveraging AI, IoT, and Digital Twin technologies to transform water, energy, and smart building management. As we continue to scale rapidly across India and internationally, we are looking for a Finance & Business Analyst to join our Bengaluru office.

Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Own end-to-end MIS reporting by building and maintaining management dashboards for leadership.

Manage day-to-day finance operations in Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy and timely financial closures.

Conduct Budget vs. Actual variance analysis.

Analyze cash flow and working capital.

Assess business and project-level profitability.

Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

Manage TDS deductions, payments, reconciliations, and return filings.

Develop financial models and generate business insights.

Support statutory compliance and audit processes.

Drive finance automation across the Zoho ecosystem.





Monitor collections and receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.

Partner closely with the leadership team on strategic decision-making. Requriements

3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, MIS, or Financial/Business Analysis.

Hands-on working knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.

Strong experience in MIS reporting, with the ability to build dashboards and reports from scratch.

CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com.

Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Familiarity with Zoho Analytics, Tally, or other ERP systems is an added advantage.

Solid understanding of accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-growth startup environment.
