Job Summary The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role ensures the accuracy of financial information, supports strategic decision-making, maintains compliance with financial regulations, and helps improve the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and analyze variances against budgets.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure effective cash flow management.
Conduct financial planning and provide recommendations to support business growth.
Analyze financial data and present insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Monitor operating costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and KPI analysis.
Support strategic business planning through financial analysis and risk assessment.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.




Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.
Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans and monitor budget performance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Skilled qualification such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred.
5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
Robust knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
