Role & responsibilities :
Drive network expansion activities across the Bhopal territory.
• Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable properties for current store openings.
• Conduct market surveys and map potential expansion areas.
• Negotiate lease/rental agreements and secure properties at the best commercial terms.
• Manage relationships and coordinate with landlords of existing and recent properties.
• Conduct property inspections and physical verification of sites.
• Gather, verify, and maintain property-related documents such as Title Deeds, Sale Agreements, and Encumbrance Certificates.
• Ensure documentation compliance and due diligence for new store openings.
• Update property databases with accurate site information, photographs, measurements, and amenities.




• Conduct site visits and explain property features to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Track local property trends, competitor activities, and market pricing.

Preferred candidate profile :

Leasing and Property Acquisition experience.
• Robust knowledge of the Bhopal real estate market.
• Market Analysis and Strategic Planning.
• Negotiation and Relationship Management.
• Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills.
• Experience in localization, site acquisition, and network expansion activities.
