Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Technology positions across multiple clients.
Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, referrals, social media, and networking.
Screen and assess candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR screening and schedule technical interviews with clients.
Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding.
Update ATS/HRMS with accurate candidate and interview status.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Engineering talent.
Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).
Partner closely with Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and Hiring Managers to ensure timely closures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Stay updated with market trends,



salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech/Any Engineering Graduate).
15 years of experience in Engineering/IT/Product/Manufacturing recruitment.
Valuable understanding of Engineering roles such as:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical & Electronics
Embedded Systems
Automotive
Design & Development
Manufacturing
R&D;
Software Engineering
Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and X-ray Search.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Valuable knowledge of ATS, HRMS, MS Excel, and recruitment reporting.
Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills.
Self-motivated with excellent ownership and accountability.
