Key Responsibilities
Conduct ASHRAE Level I, II, and III energy audits.
Perform site surveys and assess HVAC, electrical, lighting, and utility systems.
Analyze energy consumption data, utility bills, and BMS/EMS trends.
Identify and recommend Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).
Evaluate HVAC equipment, chiller plants, and electrical systems for energy optimization.
Perform Measurement & Verification (M&V;) and benchmarking studies.
Use energy audit instruments such as power analyzers, flow meters, thermal cameras, and data loggers.
Prepare technical audit reports, savings calculations, and client presentations.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering; CEM/BEE Energy Auditor certification preferred.
3–5 years of experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, or healthcare energy audits with willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
