About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admissions Telecaller to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospective students, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of the institute.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective students, understand their basic requirements, qualify their interest, and schedule counselling sessions with our Academic Counsellors. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a student-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from the assigned database.
Connect with fresh and existing leads to understand their educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
Qualify leads based on predefined eligibility and interest criteria.
Schedule counselling sessions with the Academic Counsellor.




Conduct timely follow-up calls to ensure students attend their scheduled counselling sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate effectively with the counselling team for smooth lead handover.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, qualified leads, and counselling appointments.
Deliver a qualified and positive customer experience during every interaction.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 02 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, Education, or Customer Service will be preferred.
Experience in the EdTech or Education industry is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, fluency in Hindi is preferred. Telugu language proficiency will be an added advantage.
