Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations as per assigned schedule. Conduct physical verification of telecom customer details, addresses, and supporting documents. Verify customer identity and installation feasibility as per company guidelines.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and channel partners. Educate customers about telecom products, services, and documentation requirements. Capture geo-tagged photographs and verification reports using mobile applications.

Submit verification reports accurately within defined timelines. Follow up with customers for pending documentation and issue resolution. Coordinate with backend operations, sales, and installation teams for seamless service activation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Report daily field activities and productivity to the reporting manager.

EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate Prior experience in telecom field verification, KYC, collections, sales, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.





Skills RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. Familiarity with Google Maps and navigation.

Positive documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and meet daily targets. Robust problem-solving and customer handling skills. RequirementsTwo-wheeler with a valid driving licence (preferred).

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.
