Core Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder ESP solutions: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
Work with clients supply chain and IT teams to translate business needs into configurable planning system capabilities.
Conduct workshops and requirement sessions with stakeholders and deliver user training/documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams (integration developers, testers, data teams) to ensure smooth implementation.
Customize and optimize ESP modules to meet specific KPIs and operational requirements.
Assist with data migration, validation and cleansing for supply chain systems.
Provide support during upgrades, rollouts, and post-production stabilization.
Identify prospects for automation, integration improvements and best practices adoption.
