We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused F&B; Assistant to join our hotel Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will assist in providing excellent service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests efficiently.
Set up and transparent tables according to hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
Assist with food and beverage preparation and service.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests promptly.
Follow hotel service standards, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Handle guest feedback professionally and report issues to supervisors.
Support the F&B; team during busy periods, events,



and functions.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
