Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students.
Provide guidance on academic courses, career paths, and entrance examinations.
Engage with students through calls, emails, and online sessions.
Track student performance and provide academic support when required.
Handle student queries and concerns related to courses and learning.
Support admissions and enrollment activities.
Maintain student records and update CRM systems.
Collaborate with academic teams to ensure student success.
Collect feedback and improve student experience.
Work on student retention and relationship management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
12 years of experience in counselling, academic advising, or related roles.




Excellent communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech companies.
Career counselling certification.
Knowledge of JEE, NEET, CAT, GATE, or other entrance exams.
Digital marketing or social media knowledge.
