We are looking for a capable Finance Executive to support and manage the daily financial operations of our growing e-commerce company. The role involves handling accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, maintaining compliance, and assisting management with financial data and reports.

Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger posting, AP/AR tracking, invoice creation, verification, approval, and timely data entry.

Prepare and file GST and manage GST reconciliation.

Handle TDS calculation, payment, and filing of TDS returns.

Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, budgets, and analysis under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Financial Analyst.

Coordinate with internal departments for seller payments, platform transactions, purchase entries, and financial approvals.

Support management in budgeting, forecasting,



and business planning by providing required financial data.

Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation for all financial and statutory records.

Assist in month-end closing, audits, and compliance-related activities. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in finance or accounting is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting).

Familiarity with accounting software such as Vyapar,Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar.

Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and accounting principles.

Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a quick-paced, creative team.
