Meet the defined SLA for all the challenges, concerns, escalations, queries from the account.
Thorough understanding of the services to assist clients in their day to day operations.
Provide Technical Support to the customers in terms of PM, Troubleshooting etc.
Maintain adequate documentation of activities to the Reporting Manager and account.

IT products Sales (IT Infrastructure Solutions sales which includes Data Centre Solution/
Server/Storage/ Cyber Security /Networking components) to different industry segments.
Technical Expertise to provide customers with excellent support.
Should be able to do Account Management and Handle customers.
