Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery collections, pricing, offers, and promotions.
Assist customers with product selection, billing, and after-sales support.
Ensure attractive product displays and maintain showroom presentation standards.
Follow company policies, operational procedures,
and quality standards.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
