We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leadership. The role requires solid organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced qualified environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Act as a gatekeeper by prioritising communication and requests.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordination & Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and leadership interactions across teams.
Ensure timely follow-ups on action items, requests, and approvals.
Meetings & Documentation
Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
Record minutes where required and track action items to closure.
Maintain organised and up-to-date records of meetings, documents, and communications.
Logistics & Scheduling
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.
Support logistics for leadership meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
Ensure smooth scheduling across multiple priorities and time zones.
Qualifications & Skills:
3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Solid organisational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate requirements and take initiative.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office.
