Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Assist in payroll processing and salary reconciliations.
Identify prospects for cost control and process improvements.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
