We are looking for an experienced Training Executive with expertise in delivering classroom and on-the-job (OJT) training in a manufacturing workplace. The role involves identifying training needs, developing engaging training content, conducting Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, and driving workforce capability improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and on-the-job training for operators and current employees.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions with production training champions.
Develop and update interactive training content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Analyze training needs and prepare training plans, materials, and reports.
Track training effectiveness, skill matrix, and KPI achievements.
Improve operator productivity, working speed, and overall process efficiency through effective training.
Lead induction, safety, quality, and continuous improvement training programs.
Coordinate with Production and Methods teams to support recent hire training and skill development.
Utilize AI tools and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) to create impactful training content.
Support the deployment of 4S training programs and ensure compliance with organizational training standards.
