We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Assistant to provide backend support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels.
Assist in managing and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify recent business prospects and develop strategies to pursue them.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
