Position: Field Operations Executive – Automobiles

Key Responsibilities

Visit stores, service centers, and customer locations as required.

Coordinate vehicle delivery, inspections, and documentation.

Monitor field operations and ensure company standards are followed.

Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth operations.

Prepare daily visit reports and maintain operational records.

Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.

Support inventory movement and vehicle logistics when required.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in automobile field operations, sales, or service.

Valuable communication and customer handling skills.

Valid two-wheeler driving license .

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Customer service

Knowledge of electric vehicles

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
