Role & responsibilities
Handle HR legal issues, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and statutory compliance.
Liaise with the Legal team on notices, investigations, and risk mitigation.
Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, agreements, and HR policy documents.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR governance.
Maintain accurate documentation for all legalHR cases.
Preferred candidate profile
5 to 8 years of experience in HR Legal, compliance, and contract drafting.
Solid understanding of labor laws, HR processes, and documentation.
Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism.
