The Role
We are looking for an energetic Event Executive to join our Events & Community Team. You will
handle the day-to-day coordination and ground-level execution of campus mixers, festivals, and
activities. This role is perfect for a proactive runner who loves event production, connects easily
with crowds, and can build solid industry networks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Event Logistics: Manage timelines, checklists, and ground operations to ensure events run
flawlessly from start to finish.
Crowd Engagement: Use your fun, enthusiastic personality to interact with students, break the ice,
and drive high participation.
Artist Booking: Source,



contact, and onboard up-and-coming talent, DJs, comedians, and youth
creators.
¢ Vendor Management: Coordinate with sound, lighting, decor, and catering suppliers to ensure
on-time delivery.
¢ Partnerships: Reach out to youth brands, local businesses, and student clubs to secure exciting
collaborations.
¢ Team Reporting: Track event budgets, collect vendor invoices, and compile post-event reports for
the team.
What We Are Looking For
¢ 13 years of experience in event management, youth marketing, or college fest coordination.
¢ An outgoing, charismatic personality comfortable interacting with both corporate partners and
large Gen-Z crowds.
¢ Solid negotiation and pitching skills to onboard artists, vendors, and collaborators.
¢ A proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced live setting.
