Position: Project Sales Manager
Location: Raipur / Bilaspur / Jagdalpur

Salary: 18,000 30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview)

Purpose of the Role

To generate business by identifying and developing project prospects from builders, hotels, hospitals, schools, commercial projects, architects, and other institutional clients. The role focuses on building strong relationships with decision-makers and converting project opportunities into business.

Reporting To

Project Sales Head

Key Responsibilities
Identify recent construction and infrastructure projects in the assigned territory.
Develop business from builders, hotels, hospitals, schools, commercial buildings, and institutional projects.
Conduct builder mapping and maintain an updated database of active and upcoming projects.
Identify and map key decision-makers such as builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, procurement heads, and project managers.
Schedule meetings and present the company's products and solutions.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close project sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.




Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
Track competitors, market trends, and new project developments.

Monthly KPIs
Achievement of monthly sales target.
Number of new projects identified.
Builder and developer meetings completed.
Decision-maker meetings conducted.
New customer acquisition.
Project enquiries generated.
Conversion ratio from enquiry to order.
Timely CRM updates and reporting.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in project sales, building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, cement, steel, paints, plywood, or related industries preferred.
Fresh candidates with excellent sales aptitude may also be considered.
