Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent. You will own the recruitment lifecycle for various IT positions, ensuring seamless candidate experience while maintaining meticulous data records.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Sourcing: Conduct deep-dive sourcing for complex technical skills using premium platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Indeed, and other niche tech channels.
Candidate Screening: Evaluate applicants' technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and salary expectations against open job requisitions.
ATS Management:



Efficiently utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines, update statuses, and streamline workflows.
Meticulous Documentation: Maintain real-time, accurate documentation of all recruitment activities, interview feedback, and candidate trackers.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout.
Offer Management: Follow selected candidates till onboarding to ensure a high joiner ratio.

Required Skills:

Experience: 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience specifically as an IT/Technical Recruiter.
Sourcing Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with boolean searches on Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, and Indeed.
Tech Savvy: Positive understanding of IT terminologies, skills, and tech stacks (e.g., Java, Cloud, DevOps, Frontend/Backend, Ecommerce/BFSI Technologies etc.).
Tools: Prior experience working with any standard ATS tool.
Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable, as you will be the first point of contact for candidates.
Education: Master,s degree in human resources.
