Role & responsibilities
Data Entry: Accurately enter data into computer system, spread sheets or databases and society software.
Handle customer interaction and member support activities.
Assist in loan processing, documentation and verification activities.
Maintain member records, files and office documentation properly.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update records, files and documents both physical and digital.
Communication: Handle Phone Calls, emails and messages, responding to queries and directing them to relevant personnel.
Update the accounts with up-to-date transactions and posting.
Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly and get ready with accounts for auditing on or before 30th of every month
Support finance and operational coordination activities as assigned. Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and process execution. .
Scheduling: Manage calendar,



schedule appointments and arrange meetings.
Document Preparation: Prepare, edit and format documents, reports and presentations.
Filing and Organization: Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval.
Member/Depositor Service: Provide support and assistance to Members, Depositors, Clients or Colleagues.
Work at Branches and subsidiary institutions as staff gap arrangement/ replacement.
Promotion, Marketing and selling of society services and subsidiary organization services.
Carry out any other work and orders/ instructions/ directions scrupulously as and when entrusted by the higher ups/ CEO from time to time.
