Solid Java/J2EE skills especially in Spring ORM frameworks like Hibernate, myBatis
RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra)

(Preferred) Apache Solr / Elastic Search / Lucene
Caching frameworks like Redis / Memcached
ActiveMQ / RabbitMQ / Kafka
Cloud Infra Services like AWS or Azure or GCP
