Key Responsibilities
Supervise SS sheet metal fabrication for Vacuum Conveyor products.
Plan and allocate daily fabrication work to the team.
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Ensure cutting, bending, rolling, TIG welding, grinding, and assembly are completed as per quality standards.
Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality throughout the fabrication process.
Coordinate with Production, QA, and Design teams to resolve fabrication issues.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Implement and maintain 5S and safety standards on the shop floor.
Train and guide fabrication operators to improve productivity and workmanship.

Requirements
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.




510 years of experience in SS sheet metal fabrication, preferably in Vacuum Conveyors, Process Equipment, or Industrial Machinery.
Solid knowledge of TIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, and fabrication drawings.
Experience in leading a fabrication team and achieving production targets.
Positive problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SS304/SS316 fabrication.
Familiarity with quality inspection tools and fabrication standards.
Ability to manage fabrication activities independently and coordinate across departments.
