We are looking for an experienced Equity Derivatives Dealer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trades, advising clients, managing risk, and contributing to overall business growth.

Principal Responsibilities

Generate brokerage by advising clients on equity portfolios, investment opportunities, and short/medium-term positional trading ideas.
Manage and deepen long-term client relationships while also driving recent business acquisition. Execute structured index option strategies; monitor Greeks, volatility, OI, and market sentiment.
Coordinate with RMS and back-office teams, ensuring exchange compliance and maintaining daily P&L;, trade logs, and performance reports.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support business growth.
Stay updated with market trends, news, and intelligence.
Ensure adherence to compliance and risk guidelines.
Provide timely updates and reports to immediate supervisors.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements




1 to 2 years of experience in the dealing department of a stockbroking firm.
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with NOW, NEAT, and GATS terminals.
NISM-Series-VIII Equity Derivatives Certification is mandatory.
Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
