We are seeking an experienced MFG/Pro QAD Functional Consultant with expertise in ERP implementation, system customization, and business process improvements across various functions, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MFG/Pro eB2/eB2.1 and ERP migrations.

Responsibilities:
Work on MFG/Pro eB2/eB2.1 design, development, and customization.
Implement and customize solutions across Manufacturing, Distribution, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance modules.
Conduct system study, prepare AS-IS documents, and perform GAP-FIT analysis.
Develop functional documentation for customizations and ERP implementations.
Lead ERP migration projects, ensuring smooth version-to-version transitions.
Manage schema changes, application customizations, QAD troubleshooting, and patch processes.
Adhere to software lifecycle best practices,



including requirements analysis, development, verification, and release procedures.
Take responsibility for project management and team coordination to drive successful ERP implementations.

Requirements:
Robust experience in MFG/Pro eB2/eB2.1.
Expertise in ERP implementation, customization, and migration.
Knowledge of business functions like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Inventory Management.
Proficiency in GAP-FIT analysis, functional documentation, and system enhancements.
Hands-on experience with schema modifications and QAD troubleshooting.
Robust project management and team leadership skills.
