Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger activities.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
Manage US accounting and financial reporting (US GAAP), including exposure to US tax filings.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Manage cash flow, banking, treasury, and working capital.
Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
Monitor receivables, payables, vendor reconciliations, and expense management.
Work closely with Sales, HR, Operations, and Procurement teams on financial matters.




Lead and mentor the finance team while improving financial processes and controls.

Required Skills
8+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.
34 years of team handling or finance leadership experience.
Robust knowledge of Financial Reporting, Finalization of Accounts, and Ind-AS/IFRS.
Hands-on experience with US Accounting & US GAAP (Mandatory).
Knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Positive understanding of treasury and cash flow management.
Experience in audit handling and internal controls.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Mandatory), Tally, or Zoho Books.
Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
