Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines during all stages of product development.
Design and optimize formulations that meet regulatory requirements and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful technology transfer from R&D; to manufacturing scale-up.
Conduct research on solid oral, liquid oral, injectable, OSD, and other dosage forms to improve existing products or develop current ones.
Develop recent products from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality formulations.
