Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional ERPNextConsultant to lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, design ERPNext-based solutions, configure modules, and ensure successful project delivery. You will be instrumental in optimizing clients’ business processes and ensuring seamless adoption of ERPNext solutions.

Responsibilities

● Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.

● Design, configure, and customize ERPNext modules to align with business processes and objectives.

● Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to bridge functional gaps within the ERPNext system.

● Perform system testing, create and execute test scripts, and ensure delivery quality and accuracy.

● Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption.

● Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical and development teams.





● Stay up-to-date with the latest ERPNext versions, features, and community updates, providing recommendations for system enhancements.

● Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within defined scope and budget.

● Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations.

Must-Have

● Solid hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and configuration across modules.

● Proven ability in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.

● Experience with functional testing, validation, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Solid communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

● Solid business acumen in project planning, management, and stakeholder engagement.

● Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
