This is a hands-on role — you'll be reading data, writing requirements, talking to stakeholders, and testing what gets built.
What You'll Do
Help design and document KPI logic across business functions
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and log feedback
Support cross-team process mapping and workflow optimization
Assist in dashboard requirement gathering for Finance, Sales, Revenue, and CS teams
Collaborate with tech teams to ensure what's built matches what's needed
Support data migration and database-related documentation
What We're Looking For
B.Tech (CS / IT / Data Science), BBA, or MBA graduates
Solid logical thinking and structured problem-solving
Basic understanding of databases and SQL (even academic exposure counts)
Ability to communicate clearly — both in writing and in conversation
Comfort working with spreadsheets, data, and numbers
Prior internship or project experience in business analysis, consulting, or data is a plus
Familiarity with any CRM/ERP tool (Zoho, Salesforce, SAP etc.) is a bonus
