Required Skills
Knowledge of Fabrication/ EVA/ PVC footwear manufacturing processes.
Production planning and line balancing.
Quality control and process improvement.
ERP/MS Excel proficiency.
Production from cutting, stitching, lasting, moulding, finishing, and packing.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per delivery schedules.
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions.
Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.
Process control at different departments and coordination.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
