Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and patient-friendly Front Office cum Patient Coordinator to manage front desk operations, patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and overall patient experience at the clinic. The candidate should possess positive communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle patients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk and reception activities efficiently.
Handle patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with doctors and internal departments regarding patient scheduling and treatment flow.
Attend patient queries via calls and walk-ins professionally.
Maintain patient records, billing details, and daily reports.
Guide patients regarding procedures, consultation processes, and basic treatment information.
Ensure smooth patient experience and maintain hospitality standards.
Handle cash/card payments and coordinate with accounts if required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting area.




Support management in operational and administrative tasks.

Required Skills Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Prior experience in front office, reception, patient coordination, or customer service preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, billing software, etc.).
Well-groomed, confident, and professional behavior.
Solid coordination and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, wellness, or aesthetic setup will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidate should be polite, patient-centric, and organized.
