About the Role

Dooritt is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role requires extensive field visits, client meetings, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a robust passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Meet prospective clients to present Dooritt's products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.




Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Male candidates only.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
