Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to join our team. As a Finance Trainee, you will support various financial operations, learn about accounting principles, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. This is an excellent prospect for a recent B.Com graduate to gain practical experience in the finance industry.

Duties & Responsibilities
Bookkeeping: Maintain and update financial records and ledgers in Tally. Record all daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Financial reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate and analyze reports on financial performance, including income statements and balance sheets.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of cash flow management. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate records.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.



Assist in the preparation and execution of audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
Tax management: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax-related documentation. Stay updated on tax regulations and assist in tax planning to optimize liabilities.
Support and collaboration: Assist management in budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Required Skills & Abilities
Bachelor s degree in Commerce (B.Com) required.
Graduation year should be 2023 or 2025.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
