Role & responsibilities
Manage and maintain product catalogs in Shopify.
Create, edit, and update product listings.
Upload new products including images, descriptions, pricing, variants, barcodes, and SKUs.
Organize products into collections, categories, and tags.
Ensure all product information is accurate and consistent across platforms.
Manage product attributes, specifications, and SEO-friendly content.
Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure products are live and up to date.
Upload and maintain products on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
Create and optimize marketplace listings.
Monitor listing quality, suppressed listings, and policy compliance.
Maintain product feeds across various channels.
Handle bulk product uploads and updates using CSV files.
Perform regular catalog audits to identify and correct errors.
Remove duplicate listings and maintain catalog hygiene.
Manage product images and digital assets.




Ensure products are displayed professionally with correct images and descriptions.
Monitor pricing consistency across platforms.
Generate reports related to catalog performance, listing completeness, and marketplace status.
Work closely with inventory, purchasing, marketing, and customer service teams.
Assist in launching current products across all channels.
Support promotional campaigns by updating product information as required.
Identify prospects to improve catalog structure and customer shopping experience.
Follow standard operating procedures for product data management.
