Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL

Experience in incident resolution and troubleshooting
Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with ITIL processes

Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools
Exposure to production support environments with SLA adherence
Basic understanding of data validation and quality checks
Domain exposure to Life Sciences

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Monitor ETL jobs, workflows, and batch processes
Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and system issues
Perform data validation and support data quality checks
Write and optimize SQL queries for analysis and issue resolution
Assist in root cause analysis and implement fixes
Work with AWS-based data platforms for monitoring and support
Ensure timely execution of jobs and adherence to defined timelines
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for issue resolution
